Grilled Tomato Crostini with a Balsamic Glaze

Heat the griddle to 200 degrees.
Drizzle olive oil over the whole griddle. Place the baguette rounds on one side and flip to coat both sides with olive oil. Let the slices cook for 3-4 minutes, turn halfway through.
Put the tomatoes on the other side of the griddle, season them with rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Spread a light coat of goat cheese over each baguette slice. Put 1 tbsp of the tomato mixture on top of each slice.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the whole platter and top with parsley.
