Asian Kale Chips {with Sesame Oil}

Healthy, baked kale chips with an Asian twist. Vegan.

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
  • Wash the kale and remove the stems. Dry it thoroughly and tear it into 2-inch pieces. 
  • Put the kale pieces into a large bowl. Toss the kale with the sesame oil and then sprinkle the seasonings over the top. 
  • Line a tray with parchment paper. Lay the kale pieces out in a single layer, make sure they're not touching each other.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
