Asian Kale Chips {with Sesame Oil}

Ingredients

cups
kale,
stems removed
1-2
tsp
sesame oil
¼
tsp
garlic powder
¼
tsp
onion powder
¼
tsp
ginger powder
¼
tsp
cayenne pepper
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
Wash the kale and remove the stems. Dry it thoroughly and tear it into 2-inch pieces.
Put the kale pieces into a large bowl. Toss the kale with the sesame oil and then sprinkle the seasonings over the top.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Lay the kale pieces out in a single layer, make sure they're not touching each other.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
