Ingredients

  • 1 small apple cored
  • ½ large lemon
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • cup mango chunks, frozen
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I like Garden of Life Vanilla or Unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  • Add apple, mango, blueberries, lemon, blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, and coconut milk to the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
