1 small apple cored ½ large lemon ½ cup blueberries, frozen ⅓ cup mango chunks, frozen 1 scoop protein powder (I like Garden of Life Vanilla or Unsweetened) 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
