½avocado(mashed & seasoned with salt, pepper & cayenne)

Instructions
Lightly toast the bread slices.
Mash half the avocado, spread on top piece of bread. Season with sea salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Put sliced cabbage on one piece of bread and add the lentil balls. Put the avocado slice on top and lightly press down with your palm to help everything combine.
