  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (or more to taste)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup of strawberries tops removed
  • 1/4 cup DOVEĀ® Dark Chocolate Strawberry & Cocoa Almond for topping (optional)


  • Blend avocado, banana, maple syrup, cocoa powder and sea salt on high until completely combined and smooth. Pour the filling into two small cups. 
  • Rinse the cup out and then add the strawberries and blend until pureed. Pour the strawberry puree on top of the chocolate pudding. 
  • You can either serve right away or put the pudding and puree in separate bowls in the fridge to chill if you like it cold.
