Kombucha Passionberry Martini

Tangy passionberry kombucha martinis that are mixed with a healthy alternative instead of sugar-loaded fruit juices or soda. You don’t have to feel guilty about having a few cocktails when they’re made with Kombucha!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz passionberry Kombucha chilled
  • 1 1/2 oz rum or vodka
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 small orange, sliced

Instructions

  • Pour chilled kombucha, rum (or vodka), orange juice and Cointreau into the shaker, stir to combine. Don't shake it or the kombucha will fizz and bubble causing the top to pop off and you'll have a mess.
  • Take an orange slice and run it around the lip of the glass to give it an orange flavor. Slowly pour the shaker into the martini glass, it will be super fizzy.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.
