Millet & Brown Rice Zucchini Ramen Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
2
brown rice & millet ramen cakes
1
tsp
coconut oil
1
large
zucchini,
spiralized
1
tbsp
green onions,
sliced
Cilantro for garnish
Sauce -
2
Tbsp
tamari
(Or coconut aminos)
1
tsp
rice vinegar
1
tsp
hot sauce
1
tsp
sesame oil
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook ramen according to package instructions.
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
While the ramen is cooking, spiralize the zucchini and saute in a medium pan for 2-3 minutes. Don't cook it too long or it will get mushy.
Add the warm ramen noodles and sauce to the pan with the zucchini noodles, mix to combine.
Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
