My go-to super fast breakfast is avocado toast, my version has 26 grams of protein so it’s a great way to start the morning. On cold days, I switch it up with a big bowl of warm oatmeal that’s piled high with bananas, pecans, blueberries, and maple syrup.
For some strange reason, my husband doesn’t like oatmeal! Weird, right? So, he starts to grumble when he sees me pull out my big jar of oats from the pantry. He’ll eat it but he’s not happy about it.
